My educational journey at the University of Texas culminated in a degree in Civil Engineering, during which I also laid the foundation of my first venture, Scanther, a technology company aimed at revolutionizing how businesses interact with their surroundings.
This blend of engineering and entrepreneurship was just the beginning. After Scanther was acquired by a leading marketing software firm, I immersed myself in the world of client satisfaction and business management, experiences that profoundly shaped my approach to service and innovation. It was during this period that I discovered a new passion: real estate. Motivated by the complexities of purchasing my own home in Austin, I acquired my real estate license, driven to fuse my backgrounds in technology, marketing, and management to revolutionize the real estate sector.
In founding Agents Almanac Austin, I envisioned a premier platform for real estate professionals in Central Texas, offering AI-enhanced news briefs that distill wide-ranging information into actionable insights. This platform not only keeps professionals ahead of the curve but also empowers them to elevate their service, embodying my commitment to efficiency and excellence.
Simultaneously, at Moon Sherpa Labs, my focus has been on harnessing technology to drive growth and innovation in businesses. Born and raised in Austin, TX, Tyler Shelton is a seasoned professional in the real estate and flooring industries, and the proud owner of Sun Tile Corporation. After obtaining his degree in English Literature from the University of Colorado, Tyler returned to Austin, embarking on a career that would eventually see him deeply involved in the city’s booming real estate market.
Tyler’s journey began in the flooring industry, where his keen insights into Austin’s real estate expansion laid the foundation for his successful career. In 2013, he made the transition into real estate, quickly establishing himself as a reputable figure in the field. Over the past six years, Tyler has dedicated himself to serving his clients with unparalleled expertise, earning frequent recognition as a monthly Top Producer at his brokerage. His professional qualifications include being an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert.
In addition to his achievements in real estate, Tyler is the owner of Sun Tile Corporation, a cornerstone of the Central Texas building industry for over 40 years.
