Elon Musk has partnered with Lennar to build a 110-home subdivision in Bastrop, Texas, close to his Boring Company operations and SpaceX facility. The homes, which may be 3D-printed, will be on streets referencing tunnel-boring technology and marketed as workforce housing. The area is quickly suburbanizing due to an influx of tech workers. Lennar, also an investor in the Boring Company, is developing many communities in the Austin metropolitan area. The new housing could help solve traffic congestion for workers.
