The tech giant IBM is planning to move its Austin office campus to The Domain, a sprawling 300-acre mixed-use development in the north side of the city. IBM’s new facility will span across 320,000 square feet of space within the newly constructed buildings located at 11901 MoPac Expressway. The interlinked buildings will each stand 14 stories tall, with IBM intending to occupy one entire tower and a small part of the other by 2027. The Domain is quickly becoming a major hub for technology companies and commercial enterprises in Central Texas, continuing to attract more businesses and residents to the vibrant area.
