Massive Industrial Project Swings into Action Near Austin-Bergstrom

Making headway near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is the 216,000 square feet industrial project dubbed 71 Logistics Center, brought to you by Atlanta’s MDH Partners. Spanning a commendable 45 acres, the establishment will feature 142 parking spaces, 54 trailer parking spaces, alongside a cutting-edge ESFR sprinkler system. Additionally, the design accommodates a grand 32-ft clear height, adding a noticeable mark on the Austin industrial landscape.

The financial backing comes via a generous $17.8 million construction loan from Regions Bank, with the debt settlement proficiently arranged by JLL. As the plan stands, the project is eyeing a second-quarter 2024 for its public unveiling.
