Jackson-Shaw recently announced their acquisition of 67 acres at the intersection of SH 130 and Elroy Rd., with plans to develop a four-building, 602,400-square-foot industrial project. Ferguson Enterprises will be the pre-leasee of the largest building, which will take up 207,180 square feet. The smallest building will be 80,365 square feet. Method Architecture will be responsible for the design and Burton Construction will serve as the general contractor. Aquila Commercial will handle the leasing. Construction is scheduled to begin in March.
