LOCKHART – Titan Development has broken ground on Building 1 at Lockhart 130 Industrial Park.
The 167,794-sf rear-load facility will have 32-ft clear heights, 36 dock doors, and a 60-ft speed bay.
Completion is slated for fourth quarter 2023.
At full buildout, Lockhart 130 Industrial Park will have four buildings totaling 650,000 sf across 45 acres.
