Freehill Development Co. recently began construction on a 176,546-square-foot industrial complex located at 1310 Westinghouse Rd. in Georgetown, TX. This four-building property will feature office, showroom, and warehouse spaces ranging in size from 4,500 to 55,750 square feet. The complex will feature ESFR sprinklers, 18- to 28-foot clear heights, 290 parking spots, and 48 dock-high doors. Studio8 Architects provided the design for the project, with Owrey Construction serving as the general contractor. Transwestern will be responsible for leasing the property when it is completed.
