In the heart of Central Texas, the movie production company, Line 204, has hit ‘action!’ upon wrapping up construction on their grand 546-acre studio complex, located on the scenic Lovers Ln in Bastrop. The latest Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation filings boasted of some significant additions to this magnificent media complex.
The project saw the development of a large 51,393 square foot office building, a significant investment of $8 million. In addition, two major filming stages were constructed – Stage A and Stage B, spanning 22,740 and 25,597 square feet respectively. The double-stage construction set Line 204 back a noteworthy $15 million.
Further adding to this bustling media hub, a 51,244 square foot warehouse was also constructed, with an estimated cost of $6 million. Completing the property in style, an awe-inspiring entrance gate was added to the development for a whopping $13 million.
