Built in 1984, the 3.4-acre property underwent renovations in 2004 and 2017, which included on-site amenities such as a fitness center, lounge, conference facility, restaurant, salon, and health spa. Hartland Plaza currently houses 35 tenants and is 92 percent leased. JLL secured a $49.7 million loan from VeraBank on behalf of the buyer.
