Construction has officially begun on the final phase of the 530-acre Bryson residential community in Leander, Texas. When completed in 2024, the development will have a total of 1,261 residences. Last month, TriPointe Construction broke ground on 66 three- and four-bedroom homes with floor plans ranging from 1,903 to 2,700 square feet. In addition to these homes, Bryson will also feature an amenity center with a pool, event lawn, outdoor pavilion, fire pits, and a fishing pond.
