NitNeil Partners and local investment firm Seamless Capital have embarked on a mission to transform a 1.5-acre site located at 853 Airport Blvd into a massive storage facility featuring 923 units. The current structure on site is set to be entirely re-engineered into a LifeStorage facility, providing an impressive total area of 112,000 square feet, with 83,000 out of these dedicated to rentable storage space. This ambient, climatically stable storage space is expected to be functional and available to the public toward the end of 2024. This development not only points towards a growing need for storage solutions in the area, but also represents an advancing trend in refurbishing existing structures to meet new demands.
