Transforming Central Texas: A New Height in Mixed-Use Development

Austin is ready to experience a transformative change as the local Real Estate Group, Endeavor LLC, embarks on a significant construction project near the beautiful Colorado River. This 21-acre project at Levander Loop is set to usher in a new era of multi-tower, mixed-use development, changing the landscape of the area surrounding Cesar Chavez St., East Seventh St., and US 183.

The initiative is a refreshing change from the largely residential and industrial domain. With planned towers rising up to 120 feet, they could be 10 to 12 stories high, towering over any existing structures in the vicinity.

The endeavor, pun intended, is to create a vibrant, mixed-use district that will house 1,400 residential units, over 400,000 square feet of office space, more than 100,000 square feet of retail space, and a 220-room hotel. This grand plan is despite the current presence of the Borden Dairy Co. facility on the lot.

The land, divided into four parcels, is owned by New Dairy Texas LLC and is valued at approximately $14 million by the Travis Central Appraisal District. You can read about this and other exciting real estate developments in Central Texas on our blog at Yee-Haw Development Marketing Group.
