Central Health has recently acquired a three-building, 116,000-sqft office complex situated at 7901 Cameron Rd, also known as Cameron Center, for $14.4 million. This impressive purchase ranks as one of Austin’s largest office sales in recent months. Central Health plans to utilize the space to provide essential healthcare services for patients under its Medical Access Program. The facility will house clinics, pharmacy services, a short-term detoxification center, and 50 respite care beds for individuals experiencing homelessness. St. Croix Realty Advisors represented the sellers, 11th and Grand LLC and Cross Creek of Texas Ltd. The property’s management will be under the Kalantari Group.
