Innovative 3D-Printed Homes Transforming Georgetown’s Wolf Ranch

Central Texas is witnessing a groundbreaking leap into the future of home construction with Georgetown’s Wolf Ranch development. The project, a collaborative effort between Austin-based construction startup Icon, architectural firm BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group, and homebuilder Lennar, is pushing the boundaries of technology by using Vulcan 3D printing to create the first large-scale neighborhood of its kind in the United States. Comprising of 100 houses, the Wolf Ranch community offers eight different floor plans, ranging from 1,574 to 2,112 square feet.

The homes at Wolf Ranch are priced between $475,000 to $570,000 and come equipped with solar panels and the latest “smart technology” features. As part of the new era of sustainable and innovative home designs, using 3D printing technology has the potential to substantially reduce waste and environmental impact during construction while expediting the building process.

The first six homes at Wolf Ranch have already hit the market, and interested buyers can expect to see a completed model home by July. Don’t miss this opportunity to be a part of this futuristic and eco-friendly community.
