Central Texas Real Estate Commission Welcomes Three New Members

The Texas Real Estate Commission recently welcomed three new members appointed by Governor Greg Abbott, with the Texas Senate confirming Chance Brown, Renee Harvey Lowe, and Stuart Bernstein on April 26. Brown, the owner of CB&A Realtors, has an impressive history as a former director of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Houston Association of Realtors. Harvey Lowe owns Century 21 Renee Harvey Properties and is a part of several real estate boards, including the Realtors Land Institute, Paris Board of Realtors, Greater Texoma Board of Realtors, Texarkana Board of Realtors, Greater Tyler Board of Realtors, and the Tulsa Board of Realtors. Bernstein is the owner and partner at CapRidge Partners in Austin and an active member in the Pension Real Estate Association and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers. Brown and Harvey Lowe will serve as broker members, while Bernstein will serve as a public member. Their terms will last until January 31, 2029.
