Construction has begun on Wells Fargo’s impressive new 850,000 square-foot office campus in Las Colinas, located at 401 W. Las Colinas Blvd., Irving. Built on a 22-acre site, the KDC-developed campus brings together multiple Wells Fargo offices from across the Metroplex in a single location. The campus is set to open by the end of 2025.
The Wells Fargo campus aims to be the first net-positive energy campus for the company, generating more energy than it consumes. This will be achieved through rooftop solar panels, electric vehicle charging stations, and native plantings that help reduce water usage. The campus also targets LEED Platinum environmental certification, showcasing Wells Fargo’s commitment to sustainability and green initiatives.
