Content: Construction is underway on Montage, a 182-unit condominium project in Central Texas. Located at 2323 S. Lamar Blvd, the four-story property will include studio and one- and two-bedroom floor plans, as well as more than 6,000 sf of ground-floor retail space. The project will also include 18 studios designated for individuals who earn 80 percent or less of the area median income. Knighthead Funding provided a $75 million construction loan for the project, and STG Design is the architect with Summit Design serving as general contractor.
